Safe mode is another method for booting in operating systems, where it is easier to diagnose problems. Only the most essential files and drivers that are needed to load the operating system would be started. If a new software was installed and there are some errors throwing up and if we want to find why this happens, we should start in safe mode. Now when we start in safe mode, the new software doesn’t load automatically and hence it will be easier to diagnose the problem without those errors! Booting in safe mode, also prevents unwanted programs (Malware or viruses) to load, which normally would load at start up. Safe mode is loaded automatically if there is a critical error which interferes with the normal operations in Windows Operating system.
