Some time back Tilal Leban has opened near my apartment. Any time I go to the Salmiya souk or to the AlMulla exchange, I used to grab a shawarma from Tilal Leban.Tilal Leban is a Lebanese shop, if I am not mistaken.
Recently I recommended their shawarma’s to some friends of mine. They had tried and gave a good feedback. That made me to share a review about their shawarma.
Now does the shawarma taste: The shawarma base is the thin Arabic bread (not samoon the English bread)with just not enough garlic to make the bread wet and soft. They place the vegetables (salty ones) and the potato fries into the base. Finally a lot of soft tender chicken is added into it. They will give it to you hot using the the hot plate. Keep it for a while may be minutes and have it. It is a delicious meal.
I should give a 8 out of 10 for their shawarma.
They are located next to the all mulla, BEC and Oman money exchange companies in salmiya
